Overall personal supervision of the departments employing staff: administrative (200 employees) direct production (500 employees) production manager juvenile employees Advisory services regarding professional and over-professional development of the direct and indirect production staff. Supporting new employees recruitment process. Supporting, preparing, planning and running the process of replacing particular employee groups . Conducting trainings for the selected employee groups concerning: social skills, labour law and internal interpersonal processes. Moderating and running meetings and workshops. Writing articles for internal media. Representing the company on education fair. Co-operating with trade unions.
