Ana Cláudia Reis is a Board Member at Totvs, the largest technology company in Latin America. She is also the Head of its People and Compensation Committee. She has over 15 years of experience in executive search, specializing in the areas of technology, media, telecommunications, education, private equity and professional services. She is experienced searching for CIOs, Digital and Innovation Officers and other C-Level executives for global and regional companies. Ana Claudia is also very active in recruiting professionals for startups and Brazilian Unicorns. She is currently Senior Partner of Kingsley Gate Partners in the São Paulo office. She previously worked for CTPartners and for other executive search companies such as Heidrick & Struggles and Spencer Stuart. Following this Ana Cláudia was involved in leadership projects, advising and developing professionals from different sectors. Before entering into the world of headhunting, she worked as consultant for Strategy& and Everis, where she developed and led projects in Brazil and in other Latin American countries. She began her career as IT Manager in Telemig Celular, a Brazilian telecommunications company. For several years she was also a Professor at Universidade Católica de Minas Gerais. Ana Cláudia studied Computer Sciences from PUC-MG and has a Masters in Information Technology from Universidade Federal de Minas Gerais. She speaks Portuguese and is fluent in English and Spanish.
