A cloud solutions architect currently working on building, designing and innovating new cloud solutions at Microsoft, mainly focused on Copilot & AI Business Solutions. Having worked in the IT industry for over four years in different fields of expertise, I am currently pursuing a career as a multi-disciplinary engineer who is interested in topics such as AI security, data, network and cloud.
- Designed and pitched both Cloud native and infrastructure-based solutions towards customers’ needs and participated in creating cost cases and deals for SabancıDx as a presales engineer on projects that are aimed to have high resiliency, minimal downtime, maximum efficiency and extensive compliance needs. - Prepared and conducted several workshops on Microsoft’s Cloud services such as Azure Arc, Azure DevOps, Container Apps, etc. to both internal and external parties for both business deals and also to increase cloud adoption.. - Exclusively led the Azure SQL Arc Enablement process for both Sabancı Holding and external customers, enabling hundreds of SQL Servers and personally troubleshooting for customers by hand, both manually and by using specialized custom scripts of my own. - Participated in some of Türkiye’s biggest Cloud infrastructure migration projects by following Cloud Adoption Framework (CAF) guidelines. - Deployed and configured tailor-made Azure Landing Zones for customers, accelerating their cloud adoption by following CAF. - Assessed the existing Azure environments of the customers and prepared reports by following the CAF guidelines. - Participated in the creation and execution of cloud migration plans for customers ranging from enterprise-level to mid-size. - Wrote several Medium articles based on how to prepare, strategize, plan and execute the migration processes, explained CAF to both customers in story-driven blogs that are strong in terms of narrative.
- Working collaboratively with the Solution Architect Team to study and practice the role of architects working in different fields of specialization; mainly network, CI/CD, cloud, data & AI and so forth. - Creating solution designs based on Azure that are tailored to different needs for a wide spectrum of customer portfolio, including healthcare, transportation, telecommunications, entertainment and media. - Taking part of a critical team of Cloud Engineers that are responsible for the cloud migration processes of SabancıDx’s customers. - Participated in several official Microsoft Hackathons conducted by global Microsoft employees to further expand my knowledge in every different specialization tree of the IT industry and cloud technologies. - Documenting processes related to solution designs, migration projects, and architectural decisions. - Writing articles for SabancıDx’s Official Medium publication on different subjects and fields, mainly based on work to both create and derive insights.
- Lead the growth of Metavest’s spot trading market share through cross-functional collaboration with partners from the blockchain industry, mainly BiLira Türkiye. - Took a critical part in the creation of Metavest App’s Whitepaper, PoC and Pitch presentations, tailored the contents meticulously and strategically in accordance to industry’s standards and needs. - Helped manage a team of 30+ people in terms of strategic planning and tracked team performance with quarterly KPIs using an agile working methodology. - Dug out key insights by constantly doing research in both traditional finance and decentralized finance (DeFi) world. - Collaborated with the development team to test and debug Metavest App’s latest versions and tracked user feedback. - Worked closely with the marketing team to create brand identity, in-person events and campaigns both in app and social Metavest’s social media. - Engaged with investors to create funds for both Metavest App and company’s further installments.
- Facilitated the systematic flow of the company's hardware solutions and inventory management by creating SSH & RDP-based scripts that are aimed to run on the company's server inventory. - Took part in the modeling of Medianova's Türk Telekom Gayrettepe data center using Sunbird DCIM, a data center infrastructure manager software that is aimed to control and manage the current status of nodes and their connections, etc. - Developed various automation solutions by mainly writing Python scripts to reduce the time loss and improve the efficiency of Medianova’s R&D teams, mainly Systems and Development.
- Studied the principles of CDN systems by closely monitoring the Systems & Operations Team’s work in the field. - Took part in visits to data centers in order to build the network connections and physical maintenance work. - Downloaded and installed related firmwares and updates to many servers as well as installing new hardware and making necessary tests on devices to track and observe the performance and connection.
