Analyzing seller and customer-driven lesson cancellations, resolving operational process errors, and taking strategic measures to enhance service quality.
During the 40-working-day voluntary internship period, the energy consumption of thermal oil, steam, and hot water systems was monitored via ibaPDA using energy analyzers and flow meters, and system losses and efficiency analyses were conducted. Improvement proposals were developed to address the identified inefficiencies, and traceability was enhanced through the automation system. Throughout this process, PLC programming and the ibaPDA software were actively used. During the internship, field tests were carried out using measurement instruments such as multimeters, clamp meters, thermal cameras, vibration analyzers, and LCR meters. Drive tests were performed on braked and non-braked motors with different power ratings and characteristics; compensation systems were examined, and active participation was provided in maintenance, fault, and downtime processes.
During the 20-working-day internship period, energy consumption and demand data obtained from subscribers via the AMR (Automatic Meter Reading) system were analyzed, and daily and monthly reports were prepared. Throughout this process, technical concepts such as time-of- use (TOU), demand, coincidence factor, transformer ratio, and loss–leakage rate were learned and applied. Through the conducted analyses, energy demand was estimated more accurately, contributing to the efficient use of energy resources, cost reduction, and improved system efficiency. In addition, technical knowledge and field experience were gained regarding transformers, meters, and electrical power distribution systems.
During the 20-working-day voluntary internship period, electrical layout designs, grounding systems, and low-current (ELV) schematic designs were prepared using AutoCAD. Lighting, voltage drop, grounding, installed power, and demand power calculations were carried out using Excel. Additionally, electrical installation drawings were completed for 11 different projects ranging from 1 to 8 floors.
As students of Çukurova University, we prepared for the Combat UAV competition with the 1.5 Adana Alkar Team, of which I was a founding member. In our first year, we successfully passed the OTR report, one of the most critical stages of the competition. I served as the team lead of the Unmanned Aerial Vehicle (UAV) avionics department. My responsibilities included selecting electronic components, motors, and batteries that met the competition requirements, managing avionics integration, and leading the team. This experience enabled me to develop both my technical expertise and leadership skills.
