Participating in training sessions and events required or organized by Microsoft. Announcing Microsoft’s price list updates. Reviewing demand documents from sales teams for sold Microsoft products and services, ensuring compliance with Microsoft’s rules and Data Market’s order processes. Managing the order processes for sold Microsoft products and services, preparing agreement documents when necessary, and activating licenses on relevant portals. Tracking Microsoft’s incentive programs and announcing relevant updates and periods. Following up on selected incentive programs and submitting supporting documents provided by relevant teams (solution, marketing, sales) to Microsoft. Forwarding Microsoft purchase invoices for sold products and services to the relevant teams. Assisting the Accounting team with Microsoft purchase invoices and ensuring timely payments to Microsoft. Preparing requested reports for management and senior executives.

Credit Analysis: Examining credit data and financial statements to determine the degree of risk involved in extending credit or lending money. In this role, I was responsible for managing the operational coordination between branches, customers, and headquarters. I supported customer satisfaction and operational continuity by ensuring end-to-end follow-up of delivery and financing processes. My responsibilities included customer process management through the call center, operational monitoring and periodic audits of assigned branches, coordination of financing payment processes, customer portfolio management, and preparation and reporting of required documentation. I also managed the organization of notary, title deed, allocation, and expense offset processes, as well as post-sales insurance and casco operations. In addition, I took an active role in project revision processes, inter-project transition operations, campaign coordination, crisis customer management, and risk monitoring processes. By working closely with project control, allocation, communication center, and operations teams, I ensured that processes progressed in an organized, efficient, and customer-oriented manner.
