I am committed to continuous self-improvement. Throughout my life, I have prioritized the development of my versatility. To become a multidisciplinary individual, my aim has always been to gather practical experience in various domains while establishing a diverse theoretical background. I successfully completed my Bachelor’s with a Major in Management and a Minor in Entrepreneurship. Recently, I graduated with a Master's degree in Marketing with a Minor in International Business. If I had to summarize myself in one sentence I would say that "I am a doer". I am a truly result-oriented person. • Manage the entire sales and account management process for the company’s operations in the Turkish market, while contributing to market entry strategies and business development initiatives. Carry out all processes through ERP software “SOG”. Maintain strong customer relationships through both remote and in-person meetings during business trips. • Develop offers and quotations by assessing customer expectations and proposing solutions that match their technical and commercial requirements. Deliver detailed technical information about the company’s product range. Provide after-sales support, assist with logistics operations, and strengthen overall customer relations. • Lead prospecting activities to identify and acquire new customers, including performing market research, and evaluating potential business opportunities.
• Identify and contact companies interested in growth or exit opportunities through market research and direct communication. Build and manage a pipeline of potential buy-side and sell-side opportunities that fit active acquisition needs. • Connect suitable companies with investment funds and strategic buyers across Europe and other regions, ensuring clear expectations on both sides. • Developed an integrated marketing communication plan with a team consisting of master’s students for a cargo scooter start-up. Authored a comprehensive report and presented findings to the founder/CEO of the company. • Conducted an in-depth situation analysis through SWOT and PEST analysis. Identified target segments, strategically positioned the brand in the market and created personas for potential customers. • Established marketing communication objectives using the DAGMAR model. Selected varied communication tools. Generated creative advertising ideas tailored for different channels. Developed a detailed marketing timeline for strategic and timely execution.
• Trained on Content Management System (CMS), OpenText Software and Maileon Software. Assisted the team for the generation of ideas while producing drafts for new social media posts. Supported flyer designs with Photoshop. • Fixed errors, broken links and broken pages through OpenText Software. Also produced content for the Häfele International Website. • Envisioned, designed and created Newsletters through Maileon Software, for the customers who are not using Häfele Online shop. Created newsletters that introduced the company's Online shop and illustrated its user-friendly features and newsletters related to important products and their prominent features.
