Responsible for mentoring a young person using the Mentor Together mentorship framework in order to empower and equip the mentee with life skills to transition from high school. January 2020 onwards-Running weekend workshops with a group of students using different motivational methodologies to help them in areas of future aspirations, emotional learning, self efficiency etc. May 2020 onwards- Part of the Mentor to Go program , a mobile based mentoring program ,mentoring a final year B.Com student . The mentorship engagement is to provide guidance, support and personal development through the transition phase from academic to career readiness.
