I am an architect by profession and an Executive Digital Delivery leader, passionate about turning information into better decisions, better assets, and better cities. My work focuses on BIM, GIS, Information Management, digital twins, and asset lifecycle transformation across major development portfolios in Saudi Arabia, the GCC, and North America. I help owners and developers move beyond technical BIM delivery toward enterprise governance, executive decision support, operational readiness, and long-term asset value. My experience includes New Murabba digital delivery support and SEVEN’s SAR 50B+ national entertainment portfolio across 21 destinations in 14 cities. My focus spans ISO 19650, BIM-to-FM, digital handover, smart cities, and AI-enabled transformation.
