I have worked nearly 45 years in IT, where held various roles from programmer to a software architect. During that time I worked 15 years in insurance and last 15 years in banking business domain, where I developed model-driven technology for insurance applications product-line (incl. models, method/process, platform/framework and tools), and now I am developing and implementing enterprise architecture framework methods for a banking group, and supporting business architects in business units in developing business architecture(s). My goal is to reduce the gap between business and IT by introducing and advocating systematic thinking and employment of modeling methods.
Develop, monitor and enforce high-level frameworks that align organization's IT infrastructure with business processes/data to improve the efficiency and productivity of business operations; follow-up on the Swedbank Target Architecture; develop and maintain Architecture Repository; support architects and facilitate communication between business and technical teams
