In this role, I executed 20+ campaigns totaling $12M in revenue including both paid and organic campaigns, hired 100+ creators, and maintained an average creator customer satisfaction score (CSAT) of 9.6/10 through developing strong relationships within each partnership. I also executed BrandConnect’s first ambassadorship campaign for a large retailer and exceeded expected view count by 108% above goal at 4M views by securing 13 creators to commit to three video deliverables over the span of three months.
