I'm an award winning broadcast journalist turned author and educator. As an Assistant Professor at Cal State LA I am teaching the next generation of journalists at a school that ranked number one in the nation for upward mobility. I'm also the CEO of Look at it This Way Productions and directing a documentary on a very impressive 10-year-old boy with autism, a photographic memory and a passion for creating a car of the future inspired by Preston Tucker's 1940s marvel the Tucker 48. I've also just launched "Adjunctitis: A Teaching Podcast" with advice for adjuncts and new professors who don't often have a lot of support starting out.
