I was hired by Intel to integrate AI into their sales and marketing group. During my tenure, I pioneered the development of an AI-driven audience profiling system for marketing. This system led to the creation of new audience segments, improved search/ad/content creative results, and increased sales. I utilized both internal and external AI sources, mainly Quid, along with first-party data to develop insights at scale. These insights were used in strategic campaign planning for key tech audiences. I was also responsible for leading AI education initiatives for marketing, which included workshops, consulting sessions, proofs of concepts, storytelling, and internal marketing. I collaborated effectively with a highly diverse, globally distributed team.
As a group leader, I was responsible for leading the Intuit brand in research and analytics. I designed methodologies to bridge the gap between equity metrics and performance metrics, which helped rationalize long-term and short-term measurement. My strategic inputs resulted in several optimizations for go-to-market campaigns. I also created commonly shared dashboards to drive decision-making, and developed audience, geographic, demographic, and psychographic data-driven strategies.
As a Client Strategist, I help the world's biggest brands to realize the value of big data by developing solutions such as strategies, implementation blueprints, dashboards, alerts, etc., that address their business objectives. I work with multiple stakeholders, complex and disparate data environments to present insights in a way that is actionable, insightful and tells a compelling story. As a Product Development Innovator, I design solutions that can act as stand-alone product offerings while providing a virtuous loop between the client and market emerging themes and product development. My clients include P&G, Diageo, Anheuser-Busch, Wells Fargo, Kellogg, FedEx, Qualcomm, CDW, and others. As a Thought Leader, I act as a subject matter expert in marketing, marketing analytics, programmatic, paid, owned, and earned media, omnichannel measurement, data-driven culture, visual display of quantitative information, and produce content for marketing. I am also a co-team member for key prospect pitches. Finally, as an Executive, I am part of the senior leadership team responsible for strategy and execution of company objectives and initiatives.
