Since 2002 I am working at Melexis as a MEMS and post processing expert for pressure sensors, hall sensors with integrated magnetic concentrators, IR sensors, wafer bumping and RDL processing. I translate design and packaging requirements to wafer processing requirements to develop with the wafer foundry the optimal fabrication process for our applications.
