About

I am currently a Research Assistant and hold an M.A in Economics from Istanbul Technical University in Istanbul, Turkey. I have a good background in statistics and have been working with data, constantly trying new things, and learning novel methodologies and theories along the way. My skills encompass the complete process of data analyses: dataset generation, cleaning, visualizing, modeling, interpreting, and reporting. My primary area of research is in the intersection of development and political economy, migration and conflict. Additionally, labor and gender are other fields of interest specifically in the context of India and the MENA region. I have over three years of international experience in non-profit organizations and two years of freelance experience in Data and economic analysis working for clients based in various geographic countries. I am currently based in Istanbul, Turkey.
