About

Finance and commercial leader with 20+ years across P&G and Wella Company, covering EMEA, APAC and Latin America in CFO, commercial operations and finance transformation roles. My current focus is Autonomous Finance — using AI, machine learning and data to shift finance from reporting the past to actually shaping decisions. At Wella I'm leading this globally, working across forecasting, analytics, data governance and how we design the finance function for what's coming next. Before moving into transformation, I spent many years on the commercial side — running distributor markets, rethinking route-to-market models and owning P&Ls across complex, multi-regional environments. That commercial grounding is something I bring into everything I do now. I'm genuinely interested in the intersection of commercial instinct and data-driven finance — and what AI makes possible there.
