As a Client Director at ServiceNow, I led the strategic partnership with one of the UK’s most prominent Banking institutions, responsible for a cross-functional team that deliver enterprise transformation. NatWest is part of ServiceNow's top 100 accounts globally. I led the strategy and relationship aligned to CxO outcomes that delivered top line growth and cost optimisation. By collaborating closely with executives, ServiceNow accelerates the adoption of automation and GenAI to enhance experiences and improve efficiency.
I was responsible for the strategy & sales execution for some of the UK&I's largest customers. My territory was a mixture of new business and existing accounts. Over 3 years I was part of 2 Industry vertical teams, focused on Consumer & Retail as well as Banking & Insurance.
Responsible for the Employee Workflow Portfolio GTM Strategy for UK & EMEA. Reporting directly to the GVP, Employee Workflow Business Unit, I was tasked with forming the EMEA sales and industry pursuits whilst developing partner sell-through channels to accelerate growth in region. • In FY19 EMEA delivered 31% YoY growth
• Led the first Product Line Sales Unit across APJ and grew the team to 10 across Singapore, Hong Kong, Australia, and New Zealand • In FY17 achieved 130% of quota including a new logo land - 1 of the top 4 Financial Institutions across ANZ • In FY18 achieved 182% of quota including notable deals with Standard Charter Bank, Rio Tinto, Deloitte and National Australia Bank
