To develop, maintain and ensure the implementation of compensation and benefits and expatriate management strategies, policies throughout EFES Operations (Turkey, Kazakhstan, Georgia, Moldova, Belarus) for keeping the competitive position within the marketplace and aligning these with overall business objectives. - Compensation Management *Design of compensation programs in line with Anadolu Holding processes and approaches to meet local business requirements (any type of monetary rewards programs) *Salary administration and management based on market surveys to maintain labor market competitiveness, internal equity and cost-effectiveness; annual salary review process *Job evaluation: organize and support together with HR Director / HR BPs and Functional managers job evaluation processes in order to ensure that all jobs are evaluated and graded in a consistent and correct way in line with Korn Ferry Job Evaluation Methodology - Benefits Management *Design benefits program in line with Anadolu Holding processes to create comfortable conditions for the employees within the available budget - Flexible Benefits Design & Management * Design and launch flexible benefits program to offer a better experience to employees; and manage all operations related to the program
