EESE Module and Bracket Application Team Supervisor/Team leader. Responsible the application of Electrical modules such as ADAS, SYNC, BCM, TCU, ECG etc. Leading the team over 9 team member including PD Engineers and CAD designers who creates metal and plastic solutions in MCV and LCV carlines Responsible for sourcing, testing, validating, releasing and quality of the brackets. Define the fixing strategy of the modules based on the module specifications, manufacturing and service requirements. Define material based on the package requirements. Responsible for managing the team, hiring new team members, evaluates team performance, improve the team capabilities.
Worked as EESE Product Development engineer for Ford Otosan. Responsible for mechanical applications of EESE modules such as ADAS, SYNC, TCU, ECG, BCM, AVAS etc. Completed lots of metal and plastic bracket designs considering manufacturing, service and other commodity requirements. Leading the sourcing, testing and releasing of the new created brackets. Evaluated lots of CAE analysis of the brackets and give sign off to the applications. Responsible for quality of the packages and lead implementation to the serial production. Also worked in various TVM projects and supported training of the team.
Worked as Powertrain Module and Sensor module application engineer. Participated in various module application including module such as PCM, eVCM, TCM and DCU etc. Designed metal and plastic brackets considering manufacturing and tooling feasibilities of the packages. Also was responsible for PT sensors such as EGTs, GPS, NOx, and PM sensors etc. Completed Routing designs and evaluated DIAS, IPS Analysis of the sensor routings. Leading the sourcing of the parts, testing and validation and releasing of the components. Responsible for resolving quality issues and implementation to the serial production.
