I am an executive leader with 20 years of experience across banking, analytics, risk governance, transformation, and people strategy. Over the last 20 years, I have led large-scale transformation journeys across multiple functions within the banking industry — from marketing and advanced analytics to model risk governance, and most recently, reward, performance, and people analytics leadership. My career path has been intentionally non-linear. I started in credit card marketing, moved into risk management and analytical governance, and later transitioned into strategic HR leadership. This cross-functional journey has given me a rare ability to connect business performance, analytics, governance, and human capital strategy under one leadership perspective. In risk management, I established and scaled one of Türkiye’s pioneering Model Risk Management & Validation teams, transforming a small validation team into a broad analytical governance structure supporting enterprise-wide decision making. Today, I lead teams responsible for reward, compensation, performance management, and people analytics — helping shape modern, insight-driven organizations where data, performance, and talent strategy work together. Throughout my career, I have consistently focused on: • Building high-impact teams, • Scaling analytical capability, • Driving organizational transformation, • Designing performance-oriented structures, • Embedding data into strategic decision making. I am especially passionate about the future of work, AI-enabled organizations, workforce analytics, and enterprise transformation. Main responsibilities are model risk management, data quality&validation, data driven modelling, big data, risk analysis, risk strategies and validation of all models(credit risk, market risk, marketing, treasury etc.) by managing 20 data scientists.
