• Evaluating the offers in terms of deadline, quality and cost, analyzing the profitability impact of the offers and providing support to the supply chain ring • Responsible for leasing activities of nearly 100 warehouses all over Turkey • Control of all periodic maintenance processes (electricity and internal installation, air conditioning and ventilation, roof, fire, camera, generator, ramp, etc.) • Supply and demand planning for upcoming projects, development of complex financial models and providing commercial and analytical insight to support strategic decision making, • Suggesting templates, reports, documents and databases related to the area of responsibility, ensuring and maintaining improvements, • Working with Project Engineers to create a general project plan • Organizing bidding meetings with potential subcontractors • Market research for potential contractors
