As a Data Science and Machine Learning enthusiast, I am passionate about using data to solve real-world problems. I an able to apply data science and machine learning principles to solve complex problems, and am skilled in using Python and SQL, and cloud computing platforms and tools such as Docker, Kubernetes, and GCP. In my previous internships, I have worked on a variety of data science and machine learning projects, including: - Developing multiple machine learning models to predict heart disease and find an optimal model which was later fine-tuned. - Building a natural language processing model to create a chat-based bot to assist with solving complex math queries. - Creating a POC for running windows-based containers using Docker and Kubernetes. I am also a strong communicator and team player. I am able to clearly communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences, and I am passionate about working with others to achieve common goals. I am eager to contribute my skills and knowledge to a data science or machine learning role, and I am excited to use my skills to make a positive impact on the world.
• Implement a proof of concept for running windows-based containers in public cloud space achieving 65% of target goal. • Utilize Docker and Kubernetes to provide a demo application focusing on running, deployment, and orchestration of multiple windows-based containers in cloud and proposed path for next steps.
• Employed data cleansing methods, significantly enhanced data quality. Analyzed complex data and identifying anomalies, trends, and risks to provide useful insights. • Collaborated with system architects, design analysts and others to understand business and industry requirements.
• Compiled and assisted with analysis of different IT Governance and Compliance software available in market to help management make informed decisions. • Presented information to senior leaders in organization.
• Implemented 7 ML algorithms including Regression, Classification and Ensemble models through 15+ problem statements. • Completed capstone project titled ‘Predicting Heart Disease’, comparing accuracies of those 7 algorithms to find most suitable.
