I am looking for a HR job in Bangalore Location. Last working experience in Karle Coporate Head Office as Sr. Assistant- Coporate HR, from Sept 2010 to July 2012 (nearly 1year 9months). Have experience in recruitment, Joining Formalities and Induction and Training. Sourcing(job portal Naukri, Monster, etc) scheduling interviews, telephonic screeing, preparing offer and Appointment letters, assisting in on-boarding of new joinees, organizing Induction program, training programs, training calendar for new joinees. Maintaining company library.

    Recruitment: *Source the candidates for junior level positions, from Job portals (Naukri, Monster, etc)/ Database of direct applicants. *Do an initial telephonic screening of the sourced candidates and build a pipeline of shortlists for personal interviews. *Scheduling and coordinate interviews.
