Anurag is a member of the Mergers & Acquisitions team of Trilegal Mumbai. Prior to joining Trilegal, he was a part of Nishith Desai Associates. He has completed his graduation in B.B.A LL.B from School of Law, Christ (Deemed to be University), Bangalore. His interest lies in the area of private equity and venture capital, capital markets, and corporate law advisory work.
- Assisted in preparing a due diligence report for a trading platform. - Worked on the following chapters - employment, operations, corporate, regulatory, property and insurance. - Assisted in preparing and reviewing first cuts of transaction documents such as SSHA, SHA, and employment agreements for promoters.
- Assisted in litigation search for a due diligence of a software company. - Assisted in reviewing Articles of Association of a company and preparing table of rights for the investors.
- Assisted the team in making an additional requisition list and draft Due Diligence Report (DDR) for an investment into a cosmetics manufacturing company. - Worked on the following chapters for the aforementioned DDR - (1) Corporate, (2) Employment, (3) Insurance, (4) Regulatory Approval, and (5) Material Contracts - Assisted in drafting the first cut of different agreements based on the term sheets provided.
