I am highly motivated and self driven individual. I have an avid interest in the field of Education domain. After completing Graduation in Mechanical Engineering and MBA in Marketing and Data Analytics from OP JINDAL GLOBAL UNIVERSITY. Presently working for PwC as Senior Associate and currently deployed with the PMU in Odisha Education Department (OSEPA). Prior to this did I have worked with CBRE and AVVYA EduWorld in Education Consulting to nurture my knowledge and skills in the field of Education.
Deployed in a project for NAVYA (Skilling of Adolescent Girls) under the Ministry of Women & Child Development (MWCD): 1. Designed mobilization guidelines and coordinated with State WCD officials to ensure effective enrollment and smooth program implementation. 2. Led data analysis, reporting, and development of a digital model to enhance transparency, efficiency, and real-time monitoring. 3. Facilitated collaboration between MWCD and MSDE while providing technical support to states for improved monitoring and reporting systems.
Engaged in multiple education-focused initiatives under the School & Mass Education Department, Odisha: 1. Organized Capacity Building Training for KGBV staff and designed STEM Lab Kits for schools across levels, strengthening experiential and skill-based learning. 2. Developed real-time data capture formats under the Unified Automation System (UAS) and monitored the UTKARSH+ program through baseline and endline gap analyses. 3. Reviewed and enhanced Kaushali content (AI and coding) while coordinating weekly review meetings with district officials and presenting progress to state leadership.
I had the privilege of leveraging my expertise and working with brands like Sri Chaitanya Techno School, Orchids International School, Narayana E-Techno School, St. Xaviers High School in setting up their new branches in Delhi NCR, Uttar Pradesh, Srinagar, Rajasthan. Organised extensive training sessions and workshops for teachers, empowering them with the skills and knowledge for School Sahodaya in Delhi, Varanasi and Uttar Pradesh for 250+ school teachers and principal. Introduced modern school management software and technology tools to automate routine tasks and enhance administrative effectiveness. Designed and Implemented Branding Strategies for School.
