Anurag pursued a Bachelor’s and Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, before joining Citigroup. At Citigroup, he worked in various roles on the trading floor (including CMO Trading, Rates Research, and Inflation Trading), which taught him to excel in a high-pressure, fast-paced, and data-driven environment. He then worked at the Intercontinental Exchange (the parent company of the NYSE), where he was the Product Manager for the ICE Liquidity Indicators product. He learned how to work effectively in teams, how to influence and align stakeholders and to focus on and build products for the customer. To improve his leadership and management skills, he decided to pursue his MBA at Columbia, with a focus on Technology and Strategy. During school he worked on Product Management and Business Development projects at Aavia (a women’s health startup), Connectivia Labs (an edge computing startup) and Securitize (a blockchain startup). Over the summer he worked at Google where he was a Product Management intern on the Google Play Kids and Families team where he worked on strategic projects for Google's Teacher Approved program.
