I became the General Manager of Concentrix in Feb 2014, after IBM's divestiture of the Customer Care BPO business. Concentrix is a global leader in the BPO business, with a proven track record of execution and scale. Prior to this, was the General Manager of IBM's Global Process Services business in the India & South Asia region, and led the business to profitability and scale over a three year period starting 2011.
