As a Manager at Mid Source Tech, I oversee the IT staffing division, responsible for ensuring the delivery of quality services to clients and managing a team of recruiters. My responsibilities include: • Managing a team of recruiters: I oversee a team of recruiters who are responsible for sourcing and screening IT candidates to match the needs of our clients. I provide coaching, mentorship, and training to help them grow professionally. • Ensuring client satisfaction: I work closely with our clients to understand their needs and ensure that we are delivering quality services that meet or exceed their expectations. • Developing and implementing recruitment strategies: I develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract and retain top IT talent. This includes leveraging technology, social media, and other tools to reach a broad candidate pool. • Managing the recruitment process: I oversee the entire recruitment process, from initial sourcing to onboarding. I ensure that we are meeting our client’s timelines and delivering candidates who are a good fit for their culture and requirements. • Ensuring compliance: I ensure that our recruitment practices are in compliance with all relevant laws and regulations.
