ISTQB CTFL certified Software tester with 3+ years of experience in Software testing and 1 year of Production Floor and Manufacturing experience as a Quality Control Inspector. DUTIES as a QC Inspector • Follow company policies and procedures for a safe and healthy workspace. • Maintains the testing area and QC lab clean and free of debris. • Usage of various testing tools like Force Gauges, Splay Gauges, Calipers and Desiccant tests. • Reporting NCR (Non-Conformance Reports) when the products fail to reach company standards. • Using Outlook for Email responds and reporting various issues. • Reports information on process sheets, in an accurate and timely manner. • Educate production team on quality control issues and work with departmental managers to improve overall company safety and product quality. • Ensuring products meet the company’s production standards. • Monitoring manufacturing operations, testing products for flaws, and reporting defects. • Training new Quality Control Inspector team members. • Updating Rework activities to determine the Cost of rework production. Page object design patterns and Excel data driven pattern. Parametrizing the test cases. Experience in using Jenkin tool.
