As the PM lead for Dremio’s platform team, I’m driving the unification of Dremio Cloud and Dremio Software into a single, scalable hybrid platform built on Kubernetes. This work spans core platform infrastructure, capacity management, compute optimization, and the foundations required to support AI agent frameworks and alert-driven autonomous operations. It goes beyond technical consolidation to redefine how customers deploy, operate, and efficiently scale Dremio across cloud, on-premises, and hybrid environments. In parallel, I led the definition and delivery of the pricing model and COGS framework for both Dremio Software and Dremio Cloud v2, ensuring alignment between platform architecture, infrastructure costs, customer value, and sustainable unit economics. By pairing a flexible deployment model with usage-aligned pricing, capacity-aware infrastructure, optimized compute execution, and automated, alert-driven operations, we’re enabling a fully managed, self-scaling platform that reduces operational overhead and allows data teams to focus on delivering insights and building data products rather than managing infrastructure.
