In my role at XTEL, I lead the VR and Software Operations Teams, focusing on resource management and client support. I ensure operational stability through effective time tracking and reporting, while also overseeing the Software Support Desk to maintain high-quality service. I also contribute to product development and client project success, both being pivotal in enhancing our offerings in the EMEA region.
Responsible for the Project Management and Production of Virtual Reality related projects managed through the Customer Insisghts and Innovation Centre (CiiC) for all Customer Presentations, Internal Communications and Virtual Consumer Research throughout Europe.
