I started working for Mondelez (previously Cadburys) in 2002 as a Senior operator in Softmints process. Since then I have held various roles through out the Business. First moving to Area coordinator for the section in 2010, in this Role I managed the section in Mints packing. In 2012 I moved to a secondment role with in the planning team where my role was to plan a section which produces over 600 tons of Sweets each week.Originally this role was for 6 months but after a successful period I stayed in the team for 18 months . After this I was given the SAP coordinator role, helping with numerous SAP issues across site and ensuring stock accuracy at the same time. In 2018 I was promoted to mints and liquorice Planner in this role I was the planner for Softmints/TES and liquorice make . Then in 2021 I was promoted to jellies production and material replenishment planner. In this role I took charge of planning and ordering all materials for the production of Jelly Babies, Wine Gums and other numerous Mondelez confectionery (around 25 different sweets) . I am also cover for the Planning Manager for holiday cover.
To plan production and order all materials that are used to produce around 600 tons a week of confectionery. In this role I planned the production of multiple well known brands like Wine Gums,Jelly Babies, Sports Mix and TNCC. I order around 250 tons of glucose each week and 250 tons of Sugar. Additional to this I order another 70 ingredients that are used in the jellies make area. My standard day involves attending daily meetings with the site leadership team and updating them on the position on plan. I also lead the weekly planning meeting where I link with the line leader and agree a plan for the following week. I am also cover for the planning manager for holiday cover.
In this role I planned the production of liquorice allsorts make and all mints production end to end including packing. As part of this role I have attended daily meetings reporting for the delivery section.
