Most recently, I was the Senior Manager Partner Strategy Development at nbn® Australia, where I was accountable for the development and execution of the Managed Service Partner Strategy, resulting in the successful implementation of an innovative outsourcing solution across multiple business units. I also led a team of 40 onshore and 150 offshore operators through a major restructure, generating $10m in annual savings and enhancing operational efficiency. Developed BSA's Innovation Strategy for the key nbn account, identifying 19 initiatives and creating AI and AR use cases that gained Senior Leadership endorsement.
