I like understanding how things actually work, not just using them. That curiosity is what got me into consulting in the first place, and now it's what pulls me toward startups and AI. During my bachelor's, I worked on a vertical farming startup concept for a national ideation challenge, which we ended up winning. We never took it further, but it's actually what led to my job at KPMG afterwards. Since then I've kept noticing the same thing: a good strategy is worth nothing without someone actually making it happen, and that's the part I find more interesting than the strategy slide itself. After my Master in Management at IE Business School, I'm joining an AI startup as a Founders Associate. Longer term, I want to specialise in business development, growth, and go-to-market inside early-stage startups. I can see myself founding something of my own, or working on the investing side in VC. What ties it together is the same interest across all of it: AI, tech, and sustainability, and where they create real value instead of just talk. Based in Madrid. German, Spanish, English.
