- I monitor the Italian market through weekly live scouting, video–data analysis, and a strong professional network to produce comprehensive player reports and support decision-making for shortlist creation and preliminary investment assessments. - Identify players capable of making an immediate impact in the Premier League while reducing investment risk through qualified, up-to-date, and verified information from the territory. - Strengthened the club’s knowledge of the Italian market, consolidated West Ham’s presence in Italy, and improved both the timeliness and quality of recruitment-related decision-making.
