My career spans CEO, Managing Director, Sales Director, Business Unit Director, Board Member and Board Advisor roles, with full ownership of strategy, business development, operations, governance, P&L and execution across technology, fintech, digital payments, marketplaces, sustainability, biomedical, consumer goods and luxury, in Italy and 35 international markets. Across industries and ownership models, I have helped organizations move from potential to performance: building Eco Lab into a profitable growth platform, restoring momentum at Nexi/SIA, turning around Nokiaโs Middle East and Africa business unit, improving profitability at Unisys and scaling Logicaโs Italian subsidiary from the ground up. Alongside executive leadership, I work at the intersection of governance, innovation and value creation. As a Nedcommunity member and POLIMI Graduate School of Management lecturer, I help translate board effectiveness, AI governance, cyber risk and digital transformation into practical frameworks, business cases and actionable tools for boards and executive teams.
