Leading the implementation of a structured cognitive development framework — the five-variable model (Speed of Perception, Inhibitory Control, Cognitive Flexibility, Metacognition, Tactical Congruence) — as the shared language between all squads in the academy. Building vertical congruence between training methodology, Game Model principles, and player development across all levels — from U15 to the first team. Tactical Architect™ is the platform supporting this work — the only tool that analyses cognitive performance through video, measuring what happens before the action, not after it.
