I am a Senior Experience Designer working across UX research, product strategy, AI-enabled workflows, and sociotechnical systems. My practice is grounded in Applied Design: a research-driven approach for translating complex human, operational, and business challenges into digital products, strategic frameworks, Services, UX/UI flows, and executive-ready narratives. A core part of my recent work has been designing AI Companion Systems: custom project agents built with layered context, documentation, knowledge stacks, prompts, PRDs, research inputs, and living project memory. These systems support complex research and product strategy workstreams by accelerating synthesis, cross-consultation, stakeholder alignment, and product decision-making. My background combines UX research, service design, ethnography, netnography, Figma-based product design, workshop facilitation, quantitative and qualitative research, and executive storytelling. I see AI as a human-in-the-loop capability: not a shortcut for thinking, but a system for expanding how teams understand, connect, and act on complex information.
Experience design, UX research, AI-enabled workflow design, and product strategy initiatives for enterprise technology clients across Mexico and the United States. My work focuses on translating complex business needs, operational pain points, and user behaviors into scalable digital products, strategic frameworks, AI project companions, and executive narratives. Key areas of work: • Designed and operationalized AI Companion Systems for complex client projects, creating structured agents with layered project context, research documentation, PRDs, stakeholder inputs, knowledge architecture, tone-of-voice guidelines, and continuously updated project memory. • Developed AI-enabled research frameworks to accelerate synthesis, cross-reference findings, generate strategic hypotheses, and support decision-making across large volumes of qualitative and quantitative information. • Led end-to-end research and design processes for B2B, enterprise, training, and platform-based digital products, from discovery and stakeholder alignment to requirements mapping, UX strategy, prototyping, and design recommendations. • Designed and directed qualitative and quantitative research initiatives, including stakeholder interviews, contextual inquiry, surveys with samples of up to 200 participants, persona mapping, journey maps, service blueprints, pain point analysis, and synthesis reports. • Designed Figma-based UX/UI flows, dashboards, prototypes, and product concepts for enterprise platforms, B2B experiences, training systems, and financial services features. • Presented research findings, AI-supported insights, product strategies, and design recommendations to C-suite executives, leadership teams, sales stakeholders, and cross-functional teams in Mexico and the United States. • Advocated for responsible, human-in-the-loop AI workflows that treat AI as a powerful research and design partner while maintaining ethical judgment, contextual awareness, and human accountability.
Taught strategic design, research methodology, thesis development, design and society, and product/service development across undergraduate and postgraduate programs. • Designed learning modules on user-centered research, innovation, conceptualization, and rapid prototyping. • Advised thesis and design research projects focused on culture, education, urban development, community, mobility, and user behavior. • Guided students in structuring research processes, translating findings into design opportunities, and communicating project value.
Contributed to the creation of an educational model, applied innovation strategies, brand communication, and experience design for an innovation-focused learning organization. • Designed brand strategy, benchmarking studies, communication channels, and experience principles for educational programs and digital content. • Led art direction for digital content and communication assets, aligning visual language with the institution’s educational and strategic positioning. • Developed strategic recommendations to improve the institution’s learning experience, brand clarity, and communication model.
Designed physical products, packaging systems, and internal graphic processes for the EnviaFlores.com product catalog. • Conducted market and product research to inform catalog strategy, packaging proposals, and commercial product development. • Designed packaging proposals, product concepts, and visual systems for commercial and marketing teams. • Supported supplier follow-up, quality control, and product presentation materials.
Developed product concepts, branded experiences, spatial objects, 3D visualizations, and client-facing design proposals for commercial, hospitality, and real estate clients. • Conducted market, user, and trend research to inform physical and experiential design solutions. • Created 3D models, renders, prototypes, and product documentation for physical and experiential design projects. • Coordinated with suppliers and supported quality control of design deliverables.
