I managed pre-award administration and co-design for 40+ Interreg and Horizon Europe proposals, overseeing compliance, budget reviews and consortia communication. Scouting of new funding opportunities and developing new financeable projects.
I delivered administrative and technical troubleshooting in fast-paced B2B environment, with a proven track record of SLA excellence. I worked daily with AI internal tools and I operated in 2 projects for German and Italian market.
I coordinated fundraising campaigns and submitted several regional and national grant proposals focused on tourism development, urban regeneration and social inclusion. I designed cultural and naturalistic tours with professional guides and events that always involved local and small businesses. Riviera dei borghi was a member of a national coordination for local development (GAL) and we shared long term strategies and projects.
I co-authored a research project proposal successfully financed by the central rectorate. Conducted quantitative and qualitative research, published a research report and implemented pilot activities for international students across the campus.
In my first EU project management experience I delivered administrative support to approved Horizon projects and I scouted for new funding opportunities; I also worked for 3 months as a translator (Italian/English) in a B2B buyers mission, acting as a contact point between local businesses and foreign market.
