Technical Lead of Node Transition Projects for our customer (Logic and DRAM) with focus on Edge Placement Error (EPE) in R&D environment. Main technical interface with the customer. Convert customer’s requests into internal actions to support ASML product roadmap. Definition of products specifications and modules specifications. Align with stakeholders (Product Management, System Engineering, Account team) on project strategy. Transfer knowledge to ASML local team and support the growth of local engineers. Identify bottlenecks and sources of yield loss in customer process and propose solutions.

Research on semiconductor (InP-based) photonic integrated circuits. Development of monolithically integrated AWG-based dual-wavelength lasers for millimeter-wave generation. Photonic circuit simulations, photonic circuit design, mask design, cleanroom processing, and device characterisation. Collaboration with companies in the frame of iPHOS FP7 European project.
Characterisation of quantum-dot twin-stripe lasers for chaotic encrypted communications. Synchronization of InP-based quantum-dot twin-stripe lasers.
