• Analysis of the international legislations to support the International Marketing area. • Control of the relations with bankrupt and insolvent customers using data bank, collecting information about them, and communicating with the lawyers to defend the company’s position. • Analysis of the right implementation of an investment plan in material and immaterial immobilizations financed by the contribution of the law 488/92. • Analysis and support in the implementation of improvements in the relation between the physical and accounting survey of the stocks. • Analysis of the process of preparation of the income tax declaration and balance sheet 2004.
Part of the ESA team responsible for the integration between Ingersoll Rand and the recently acquired Trane company. Projects: - Site consolidation; - Facilities Management spend leverage; - Business processes restructuring.

I took care of the analysis of all the possible risks related to the processes in place in the Romanian location, the assessment of the probability of these risks and their possible impacts.
