All of these years have taught me that patience, compassion and understanding among other things are very important to be able to lead. At CONSID I help customers with their solutions hands on, providing leadership and with architectural know how. I started my BI career working at SHB IT(Svenska Handelsbanken), one of Swedens largest banks, in the Datawarehouse department. While at SHB IT I learned a lot about Datawarehousing in general and specifically about the ETL (Extract transform load) process using Informatica Powercenter, for which I was appointed as the main administrator. Joining Affecto Sweden (Informatica retailers in the north of Europe and BI consultancy) to become a BI expert and as a consultant further expand my knowledge on other tools such as data quality, metadata management, data profiling was a way to further broaden my knowledge and have a look at different data warehouse compositions. My next big step to take was to join King.com to help them with their data warehouse, be part of the gaming industry and myself become an expert in the Big Data area. After what was a rich and learning period at King it was decided that I would go back to Affecto where I learned the pains and thrills of leading and developing with a small team of professionals in a big goal-focused data warehousing project. When my role in the project ended I decided to join KnowIT Decision Helikopter AB. At the company I spent most of my time in a big retailer helping them with their ETL processes as well as recommending them to start their Big Data journey, I also introduced the company to automated warehousing tools. After some years of consultancy I had the chance to join Viaplay Group(back then named MTG / Nordic Entertainment Group) as a lead back-end developer in the Data Science team. Over the years I became the scrum master / team lead and then had the honor of starting and managing the Data Engineering team as their Head of. My focus changed from development to supporting the team in their needs, prioritizing work, stakeholder management and helping the individuals grow (a team that started at 4 and grew into 15). After almost 10 years at Viaplay Group the time came to move on, I am now back into Consultancy at Consid AB. I am a Consultant Manager ( a team of 7 as of now) and advise customers as well as going back to a more hands on role with development.

Later on I became the teams Scrum Master/BI specialist, making sure the team has everything it needs to reach their goals using the scrum methodology as well as helping out with our solution architecture. Just before MTG becoming Nordic Entertainment Group I became the Development Manager for a team of 5 data engineers which helped grow into 7.
