During my PhD studies I have developed an innovative technology and several of its applications especially in Fluorescence Spectroscopy and Spectral Imaging. We noticed a great interest in the advantages of this solution compared to already existing products, therefore I decided togheter with 4 brillant people to found NIREOS. I had the chance to contribute to all the life steps of this technology from the idea to the worldwide market distribution. I had the rare fortune to see after only few years from the development many laboratories around the world using and liking this technology.
I coordinate a team of Engineers, researchers and PhD students to develop spectroscopic solutions in the visible and infrared spectral regions, including interferometers, spectral imagers and spectrometers.
I'm Co-Founder of NIREOS, an innovative startup accredited as a Politecnico di Milano spin-off company. Together with other 4 highly skilled people, we are developing high-tech products, trying to push the world market to the next big leap forward in light analysis.
