Orchestrator between business and IT, acting as a sparring partner for IWC and Richemont management on organizational and process-related developments. Functional and disciplinary leadership of the process, ERP/MES, application development, and data governance teams. Overall responsibility for global PLM/ERP rollouts and system harmonization across all project phases, including change management and user adoption. Further development of product master data governance. Leadership of strategic transformation and technology initiatives (e.g. digital traceability, IoT, digital twin, augmented reality). Responsible for the setup and continuous development of the business process management system and the end-to-end process architecture, including the establishment of governance, standards, methods, and the ongoing optimization of core and support processes.
