I am an International Economy and European Affairs Master’s student at ASE with a focus on data and market mechanics. I am currently part of the Vodafone Discover Graduate Program, and my first rotation was in Finance Accounts Receivables. In this role, I managed the financial flows for a network of over 50 franchises. Now I am in my second rotation in Commercial Finance in the Enterprise Business Unit, where I am gaining a deep, strategic understanding of how the company's financial performance is shaped, with a core focus on the P&L. Beyond my professional roles, I am a dedicated investor. Since late 2024, I have managed a personal stock portfolio that has outperformed the S&P 500. My background also includes leadership experience, having led the largest recruitment campaign for ASER (coordinating a 60 person team) , and entrepreneurial grit developed during my years in streetwear reselling and sharpened through my participation in national entrepreneurship competitions like GoBiz. I am always looking to connect with professionals passionate about investment strategies, finance, or global economic trends.

Increased financial efficiency through strategic offsets between unpaid invoices and partner commissions, accelerating debt recovery and protecting company cash flow.

I held the position of Human Resources Leader for one year. During this time, I managed the recruitment of new members, a project that lasted two months and involved coordinating a team of over 60 people. Throughout the recruitment process, I oversaw 220 participants, selecting the final candidates together with the team. Additionally, I organized the onboarding process for 85 new members, designed and implemented their Learning Experience processes, and later developed and carried out a mentorship program for them. Following the recruitment phase, I coordinated my own team of junior HR members, consisting of over 15 individuals. Throughout the year, I facilitated meetings focused on selection filter processes and organized training sessions for team members and the association. While words cannot fully capture the depth of my learning from this experience, some of the key skills I developed include people management, time management, stress management, and risk management.
As an R&S Executive, I contributed to the development of materials required for the recruitment and selection process. I also evaluated the application forms submitted by our candidates, conducted interviews to assess the pre-established selection criteria, and, lastly, facilitated work meetings.
In my role as an OC Executive, I was responsible for designing and implementing activities to motivate association members. I facilitated the transmission of ASER’s organizational culture to all members and participants in our projects, organized mentorship programs within the projects, and helped facilitate feedback sessions within the association.
