Led investment plans, project management including Green Fields design and execution, operational excellence (TPM), planned maintenance, digital transformation, technical innovation, contract manufacturing and regulatory compliance at 28 factories across US and Canada. Led major restructure of engineering team to streamline project execution and product development. Restructured maintenance corporate organization creating a central maintenance team. Outlined investment plans to align regional master plans with business strategy to meet manufacturing needs, technological changes and expand production capacities. Created simplified TPM approach for smoother and faster adoption. Introduced full-scale digital strategy for T&P - advanced data analytics, augmented reality/remote connection, QA automation, predictive maintenance, AGVs and automatic storage.
