I am a qualified civil engineer specialising in pipeline and facility project engineering, I have over ten years’ experience within the onshore oil and gas industry, with extensive field exposure to the construction and commissioning phases of large diameter onshore pipelines and above ground piping facility projects. My experience is supplemented with a strong technical background in pipeline and facility engineering at both the FEED and detailed design stages of multiple oil and gas projects. Roles have varied from engineering to project management level. My present position is Risk Manager and Field Engineering Manager for Saipem on the South Gas Compression Plants Pipelines (SGCP Project) in Saudi Arabia.

South Caucasus Pipeline Expansion (SCPX Project). The pipeline element of SCPX project consists of 487km of 48” pipeline, with 424km in Azerbaijan and 63km in Georgia with installation of associated block valve stations, pigging facilities and tie-ins.
