About

Strategic and entrepreneurial-minded executive with 25+ years of global experience across cybersecurity/software, venture capital, private equity, and Fortune 500 environments. I specialize in helping high-growth, complex businesses scale sustainably by aligning strategy, finance, operating models, and culture. My work sits at the intersection of finance, strategy, and operations: building the systems, cadence, and discipline that allow organizations to scale. My foundation is in finance, but over time the work kept expanding beyond finance because the underlying challenge was often the same: interpret the signal, understand what is driving it, design the mechanism, and align the organization to execute through it. That pattern pulled me across finance, sales operations, HR, technical services, general management, venture capital, and COO roles. Across those roles, I’ve built and led operating cadences, governance models, reporting architecture, entity structures, dashboards, workflows, and cross-functional mechanisms that improved visibility, discipline, and execution. In some environments, that meant architecting financial and operational infrastructure across multi-country, multi-entity businesses. In others, it meant designing leadership forums, portfolio reporting, investment governance, GTM support, or post-acquisition integration. Today, as Managing Partner & COO at Global Forward Capital, I work at the intersection of investment platform execution, governance, and operating discipline. Earlier, at Trend Forward Capital, I helped build the operating and reporting foundation of a corporate venture capital fund. Before that, at Trend Micro, I held regional and global roles spanning finance, business operations, HR, sales operations, and technical support while helping scale the business and strengthen its operating infrastructure. I’m most often brought into situations that require clearer operating rhythm, stronger financial and management visibility, tighter cross-functional coordination, or the design of systems that connect strategy to execution.
