- Acting as a global programme lead for Football for Schools, driving strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and operational excellence across all FIFA MAs. - Providing strategic leadership and cross-functional coordination across all relevant FIFA departments and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful global delivery of the Football for Schools programme. - Overseeing and directing the worldwide implementation of the Football for Schools programme, ensuring alignment with FIFA objectives. - Leading the development and continuous improvement of technical content for educators across all FIFA MAs. - Serving as a main contact point to Member Associations and governmental authorities on the implementation of Football for Schools, including leading assessments and providing expert input throughout the application and approval process.
- Collaborating and coordinating with all relevant internal FIFA stakeholders to deliver Football for Schools successfully - Managing the implementation of the Football for Schools programme worldwide - Preparing the technical training packages for coach educators in the different Confederations - Advising MAs and governmental authorities wishing to implement Football for Schools in their country, including assessment in the application process
- Supporting the team on FIFA Club Licensing matters and the worldwide implementation of the system as well as providing with regular status reports of the six Confederations - Managing the FIFA NDRC projects being the contact point of the exchange with national and international stakeholders - Assisting the development of professional leagues around the world providing recommendations on competition structure, governance, commercialization, etc. for existing leagues or soon-to-become leagues - Managing the Women Club Benefits Programme and the FIFA Global Club Football Report daily operations
- Assisted in the development of new education tennis programs for kids at schools - Implemented the ANZ Tennis Hot Shots Program in different tennis clubs within the state of Victoria; - Managed staff to organize tennis workshops in Australia; - Contributed to the development of young players and reported periodically on the uptake of innovative teaching methods such as Cardio Tennis.
- Responsible for running sessions with more than 15 kids aged from 6 to 16 years old; - Coordinated different activities focusing on values such as teamwork and fair-play; - Organized tournaments for all the participants as well as the final ceremony.
- Helping the Box Office to place tickets and assist in maintaining records (ticketing) - Assisting with the installation of the hawk eye system
