    I was in charge of overall art direction for the company's flagship game: Valiant Force. I lead a team of 15 people composed of 2D illustrators, 3D artists and animators, FX and UI artists. As one of the founding members of XII Braves, I worked closely with the CEO and COO to put together the art team and to streamline the art production pipeline. In the beginning, there were considerable challenges: getting our junior artists up to speed on the art direction, while doing that remotely, and to establish a solid art style of our first game. Both of which, I believe I have successfully accomplished, as Valiant Force was considered one of the most anticipated games of its genre in 2016. Valiant Force was picked up by our publisher - FunPlus in May 2016 and is now available in Europe, North and South America and the Southeast Asia Region, including Korea and Taiwan.     During my stay in Gumi Asia, I worked on several games doing different roles. Puzzle Trooper (2D Art Lead) - helped established the look and initial character designs during the pre-production stage. Worked on some 2D character animations during production while assisting and mentoring our junior UI artist. Slots Reel Frontier (UI and 2D Art Lead) - Came in at a time when the overall UI direction was not set. I helped locked the UI style and design while helping our AD guide and mentor our junior artists. Disney's Big Hero 6: Bot Fight (UI and 2D Art Lead) - Worked closely with the team of Disney Interactive in LA to help realize their vision for the game. I was primarily in charge of the overall UI and was instrumental in locking down the final look and feel of the game. Wakfu Raiders (UI and 2D Art Lead) : The last project I worked on. The intial UI was set by me but was later on revamped by the new UI artist. I left the company before the game was finished.
