Plan orders into production department for responsible sites considering PIPs (Priorities in Planning), agreed customer requirements, machine utilization, cost leadership and dispatch times. Consulting with: Finishing Operations, Customer Service, Sales, DSR stock management in EUGO (Raf GO) system. Transport load planning. Incomplete loads / monitor IDA reports. Coordination of delivery Africa Terminals Mill Orders with EMEIA Business SCMs Update ETA customer orders. Stock Transfers between local sites and mail on a weekly basis stock report for both Terminals (CS, Sales) and ensure its marked UPC. Maintain and improve stock rotation in line with company goals and objectives. Develop Planning processes with Planning teams to ensure orders are effectively planned. Liaise with Customer Service team for the active selling of low rotating Coil stocks, with the aim to improve utilization, turnover and reduce resultant second quality sales. Ensure defective material like PU (partly usable) and Hold is utilized effectively wherever possible. Communication and cooperation with Terminal Managers to achieve Terminal’s objectives and targets. Contribute to Terminal Finishing KPI development in line with local and group objectives. Liaise with Terminal Shift Team Leaders regarding resource deployment. Other tasks specified by Manager, EMEIA Perform all duties in full compliance of all laws, safety, and environmental regulations and in a manner consistent with company policies and procedures. Ensure all relevant information is communicated through the finishing process and on handovers.
